Groom Victor wakes up with the grumps. He tells the diary room that he is “in the mood for a scrap”. He still wants to get the wedding task over before delivering those home truths to some of his fellow housemates.
The wedding service is a little ‘unusual’. Victor makes his vows to Shell by telling her “I’ll make love to you, when you want me to, and I’ll hold you tight, baby all through the night…” Chorister Michelle follows up with a (thankfully) inimitable version Pié Jesu.
The ceremony is followed by the wedding breakfast and there are speeches from Dan, Stuart and Victor.
Food and drink are plentiful and take their toll on Shell, who has been feeling increasing resentment towards her groom, Victor. She is annoyed and feels Victor has been very rude towards her and cites as an example Victor's refusal of her offer of a champagne topup. A moment later he received the same gesture from his jungle cat buddy Jason and readily accepted.
Anticipating further humiliation from the slick man during their scheduled wedding dance, Shell decides to challenge him about his behaviour. Victor, still eager to follow his original plan, refuses to be drawn on the matter. He tells Shell “I’ve got an evening of straight talking pencilled in for tonight”. Frustrated and incensed, Shell scurries to the bedroom and sobs inconsolably. Both Michelle and Nadia try to comfort her, but to little effect.
Big Brother announces commencement of the wedding dance. A hacked-off Victor takes his position. He moans that Shell’s hysterics aren't helping the completion of the task and points out that she was among those who villified Ahmed for the same kind of behaviour.
Mediator Dan visits Shell and suggests that Victor has a valid argument.
With the wedding dance music well underway Shell emerges . She tells Victor she will dance with him even though he is a c***. Victor responds with equal verbal aggresssion, “Get the f*** out of here!”
Shell skulks off as Victor berates her for playing the sympathy card by announcing that she was in the house so she could provide her parents with financial support. There is no wedding dance, incurring a fail for this element of the task.
Victor, Jason and Dan are sitting on the sofas. Vic is still pumped up and vents his frustrations out on Dan. He pointedly reminds Dan that he has promised to walk rather than win and asks him to stick to that promise. Dan says he will, whilst Jason watches on, looking a bit uncomfortable.
