Bez - The Happy Money-Day!

It turns out to be a really Happy Money-day for Bez!
Bez gets his hands on plenty of that filthy lucre!
The housemates are set the 'Sticky-Money' challenge by Big Brother.
At least 2 of them have to baste each other in sticky liquid, and use this to help them gather Big Brother notes from a vat of 'money'.
Everyone but Brigitte attempts the task. They have to do so in pairs. First Kenzie and Jeremy take their turn, followed by Bez and Caprice.
Bez must be really enjoying himself! Not only does he get to rub oily stuff into Caprice and have her return the compliment, but by using his common sense he interprets Big Brother's Sticky Money game rules to his advantage.
Bez realizes that although Big Brother's task instructions state that the celebs must not use their hands to gather the money, nothing is said about arms or legs!
Using his limbs to gather up as much 'Big Brother' cash as possible he amasses a huge pile of notes and ends up winning this part of the challenge with no problem. His tally of notes amounts to £5770.
However, it turns out this is only the first of two challenges. The second one involves winner Bez answering a question in the diary room.
Outside the diary room the other 4 housemates open an envelope which reveals that if Bez answers his question correctly he will win £10,000 otherwise Brigitte, Caprice, Jeremy and Kenzie will share the £10,000 between themselves.
The housemates are allowed to watch Bez on the plasma screen as he is being quizzed. Big Brother has also given them the answer to Bez's question, however, they are not allowed communicate with him whilst he is in the diary room.

Bez's question is:

Which country uses 'the dong' as currency? Is it...

  1. Bulgaria
  2. China
  3. Vietnam
Initially Bez plumps for Bulgaria, but he changes his mind in the nick of time and his final answer is Vietnam.
As Chris Tarrant might have said "It's a good job he did, because Vietnam is the correct answer!"

When Big Brother tells him the good news, there is also a bit of bad news, particularly for the housemates outside watching from the sofas.

"For the purposes of today's task £10,000 was deducted from the prize fund. As you gathered the most money in the task and have answered the question correctly, that £10,000 now belongs to you!"

Bez says "I don't want it man", but Big Brother tells him "Congratulations!"

It seems like he has no choice but to take the money.

Isn't it just terrible the way Big Brother forces housemates to do things sometimes?

Bez seems to get used to the idea, in fact he leaves the diary room a very happy man and has a spring in his step for the rest of the day.
The other housemates take the disappointment of losing £10,000 from their prize fund remarkably well. In fact they seem genuinely pleased for Bez.
One suspects that there must be a little part of them somewhere though that just wishes he'd stayed with Bulgaria!
